This transportable flume is designed for experiments in river planform dynamics. It has an integral head box and tail box, can be fitted with a sediment feeder, and recirculates water with an external pump. (Flow rates are dependent on the pump and sediment feeder used.) It can be fitted with cameras and surface scanning devices or explanatory signage via a system of side rails. It also can be disassembled into 5 ft segments for ground shipping. Equipped with weatherproof wooden stand for use out of doors.
