This plexiglass tank has two experimental chambers with removable walls isolating them from the rest of the tank. The tank has a full spectrum fluorescent lights located and the top, and chilling coils located at the bottom. Temperature stratification and water recirculation are controled with a peristaltic pump, and an oscillating grid is used to generate turbulence.
