Vaughan Voller
Director of St. Anthony Falls Laboratory 2005-2006

Dr. Voller recieved his BSc and MSc in Applied Mathematics at the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom, and his PhD in Numerical Modeling at the Sunderland Polytechnic (UK). He was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Mineral Resources Research Center at the University of Minnesota, and then a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Greenwich (UK). Dr. Voller came to the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota in 1985 as Assistant Professor. From 2005-2006 he served as Director of St. Anthony Falls Laboratory. He is currently a Professor in CE at the UMN, a PI for the National Center for Earth-surface Dynamics, and conducts his research here at SAFL.
