John Gulliver
Director of St. Anthony Falls Laboratory 2003-2004

Dr. Gulliver received his BS in 1974 from the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of California, Santa Barbara; his MS in 1977 in Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota; and his PhD in 1980 in Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He is currently the Joseph T. and Rose S. Ling Professor at the University of Minnesota, and began his position as Head of the UMN Civil Engineering Department in 1997. Dr. Gulliver served as Director of St. Anthony Falls Laboratory from 2003-2004.
