St. Anthony Falls Laboratory is located at the end of 3rd Avenue SE, where it intersects with the Mississippi River. SAFL is the building directly ahead of you as you enter the parking lot on Hennepin Island.
NOTICE: During the deck rehabilitation project parking will be limited to the spaces outside of the laboratory's main gate. Please park only in the marked parking stalls on the blacktop.
If no parking is available in the lab's lot, the closest parking lot is on the corner of 3rd Avenue SE and 2nd Street SE, one block up from SAFL. The lot charges $2 per day.

As you leave the airport, merge onto MN-5 E via the ramp to MN-55/ Minneapolis/St Paul
Take the exit onto MN-55 W toward Minneapolis
Take the Hiawatha Ave/ Minnehaha Ave/ MN-55 exit
Keep right at the fork to continue toward Hiawatha Ave/ MN-55 W and merge onto it
Take the MN-122 ramp to 3rd St/ U of M
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for 3rd St and merge onto 3rd St S
Turn right at 3rd Avenue S
Cross the Mississippi River (on the 3rd Ave bridge)
